Repco Home Finance board approves reappointment of MD

Repco Home Finance, the housing finance division of Repco Bank, today said the company's board approved the reappointment of Managing Director R Varadarajan for a period of three years.

"The Board of Directors at its meeting today have accorded its approval for the reappointment of R Varadarajan as Managing Director for a period of three years from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018", the company said in a regulatory filing.

The Chennai-based Repco Home Finance operates 106 branches and has 36 satellite centres across the country.
