The 38-year-old Take That star spends all his free time reading Youtube comments to see what fans think of his music, reported Daily Star online.
"Robbie spends more and more time searching the internet to see what fans are saying about him. It has become an unhealthy obsession," a source said.
"When his video gets released he spends his free time checking Youtube comments. His wife Ayda is getting fed-up with it," it added.
The singer has seven Number 1 singles, eight Number 1 studio albums and over 60 million records sold as a solo artist.
