Sahabuddin gets bail in kidnapping case

Justice R K Mishra granted bail to Sahabuddin in the kidnapping case of Qamrul Haque, an Independent candidate from an Assembly constituency in Siwan district, who was abducted during 2005 Assembly polls.

During the argument, the former RJD MP's counsel pleaded that he be granted bail as he was framed in the case and investigations have failed to establish charges.
