Rinku Rajguru, who gained nationwide fame for her portrayal of Archi, the female lead in Marathi blockbuster 'Sairat', will be appearing in the Class X (SSC) examination as an external candidate.
A student of Jijamata Kanya Prashala, a girls school at Akluj in Solapur district, Rinku recently filled up the form for the SSC exam as an external candidate.
She has been away from Akluj since 'Sairat' released in April to a rousing reception, taking part in promotional and celebratory events and appearing on TV shows.

Rinku, who has become a household name in Maharashtra after the grand success of the film, had failed to make it to school on the first day of the new academic year.
She secured 81 per cent marks in her Class IX exam. A day after she got a special mention when the National Film Awards were announced, Rinku had appeared for the exam earlier this year.
