Sam Egan debveloping crime-family drama

'The Outer Limits' writer Sam Egan and director Jeff Barnaby are developing a crime-family drama 'Dirty Red Boys'.

The project revolves around smuggling and violence among Native Canadians, said The Hollywood Reporter.

Cable channel APTN has ordered eight one-hour scripts of the drama. Barnaby will also direct it.

Egan's TV credits include 'The Listener' and Showtime's 'Jeremiah'.
