Reality TV star Scott Disick Scott is selling his Beverly Hills home, which he bought for USD 3.69 million.
The 32-year-old reality star's bachelor pad is currently in escrow in the "high USD 4 million range" and he decided to give up the property because he went off the rails while living there, reported TMZ.
Disick apparently wants to show his former partner Kourtney Kardashian he is turning over a new leaf and wants to make real estate his main source of income instead of club appearances following his recent stint in rehab.
He is currently undergoing outpatient treatment at Cliffside Malibu, after checking into the luxury rehab clinic last month, and is said to be doing better than ever.
