Six in ambulance die in mishap

Six persons in an ambulance, including the patient, were killed when a lorry rammed into it at Karekere in Hassan district today, police said.

The woman patient aged 45 was being shifted from Puttaparthi to Manipal for further treatment, they said.

The victims included three persons from Kerala.
