Speculation was rife today that Uttarakhand High Court Chief Justice K M Joseph, who was recently in the news following the quashing of the President's rule in the state, was being shifted to the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Law Ministry sources declined to comment on the issue while sources in the two high courts said they have no information.
