Sub-Inspector killed in road mishap

A 48-year-old Sub-Inspector was killed and three other policemen were injured when the jeep they were travelling in overturned near Fatehgarh area here, police said today.

The incident occurred last night when then jeep overturned after it skidded off the road during a patrol, Additional Superintendent of Police Kamlesh Dixit said.

Vijendra Singh was killed while three other policemen who were injured in the accident have been admitted to a private hospital, he said.
