Suspected militants shot at, injure woman in J-K's Pulwama

Suspected militants Saturday night shot at and injured a woman in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

Unidentified militants fired upon a woman, Simran Jan, at Murran Chowk in the south Kashmir district, a police official said.

He said Jan works at a beauty parlour in the area.

She was taken to a hospital where from she was referred to the Bone and Joint hospital here for specialised treatment, the official said.
