: S Swaminathan, Director, Center for Nanotechnology and Advanced Biometerial (CeNTAB), received the 'MRSI-ICSC Super Conductivity and Materials Science Annual Prize' for the year 2017.
The award was presented by Suresh Das, President,Material Research Society of India (MRSI-ICSC) at the Society's 28th Annual General Body meeting at IIT, Bombay on Tuesday.
Swaminathan is also Dean, Sponsored Research of Sastra University.
This award was in recognition of the experimental and theoretical work carried out by Swaminathan and his team of researchers at SASTRA's Center for Nanotechnology and Advanced Biometerial CeNTAB, a release said today.
