Taif Khan's suspension as Uttarakhand Youth Congress General Secretary has been revoked, PCC spokesman Dhirendra Pratap said.
"Taif has shown due diligence towards organisational responsibilities and tasks assigned to him in the last one and a half months. Hence his suspension is revoked and he is back as IYC's state unit General Secretary," Pratap said quoting a communication from Indian Youth Congress National President Rajiv Sathav.
Khan was removed as general secretary of the state unit of the Congress' youth wing in February this year following a complaint that he was not attending organisational meetings as per schedule of the party.
"He was reinstated as general secretary after it was found he is one of the most dedicated and frontline workers of the youth wing of the party," Pratap said.
