Telangana Chief Minister K
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao conveyed birthday greetings to President Ram Nath Kovind today.
Rao has sent a bouquet of flowers to the President, a release from the Chief Minister's Office said.
Kovind was born in 1945 in Kanpur.
