Those creating ruckus in Par should be suspended: Tharoor

"When you see this kind of disruption going on, I do not understand why it is not possible to suspend those who are disrupting the functioning of the House so that the rest of the House can get on with the nation's business," Tharoor told PTI outside Parliament House here.
His statement came after the eighth consecutive working day of Parliament was lost due to the uproar created by BJP over coal block allocations.
"As a first time MP, I was told that among the instructions that have been given to new MPs are he must never shout slogans, he must never march into the well of the House, he must never speak out of turn," Tharoor said.
Uproarious scenes were witnessed in both Houses of Parliament in the last eight days over the CAG report on coal block allocation, with BJP paralysing the proceedings by pressing for resignation of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
