Those who go for Botox are really sad: Kelly Brook

Model Kelly Brook has taken a dig at those who undergo surgical procedures or use Botox, saying their lives are really sad.

The 33-year-old believes beauty should be natural and should come from within, reported Sun Online.

"I truly believe that beauty comes from within. I'm careful with the message I give out. I'm not the person who says, I have Botox every two months and look at me, aren't I great?' I think those girls are actually really sad and are not very happy in themselves," Brook said..

She also said her mantra for fitness is not going to a gym and working out but going for long walks and swimming.
