Three labourers from West Bengal killed as earth caves in

Three labourers from West Bengal were killed today when a mound of earth caved in at Farangipete area here, police said.

The labourers died in the incident were identified as Milon, Thorikol and Maiminol. All the labourers hailed from West Bengal.

The three labourers were working on a construction site of a commercial complex when a mound of earth caved in on them, police said.

Fire personnel and locals retrieved their bodies, police said.

A few other labourers escaped with minor injuries.
