Three persons were today arrested in the connection with a case of loot of Rs 8.7 lakh from a factory manager on October 10 in Tronica City area.
"Acting on a tip off, police laid a trap and arrested the trio from Tronica City area," a senior police officer said.
The arrested have been identified as Ashok Gurjar, Mukesh and Deenu, aged between 29 and 35 years.
"Ramlubhaya, a manager with a private company, was robbed of Rs 8.7 lakh by two bike-borne assailants at gunpoint on October 10 when he was going to his factory with workers' salaries," the officer said.
"The arrested have told police that three others persons working in manager's factory are also involved in the loot. Police have launched a manhunt to arrest them," he added.
