Three-time former MLA Haladhar Mishra passed away at his residence here today, family sources said.
Mishra was 86 and survived by three sons. He was born on June 30, 1928 and was elected to the Odisha Assembly from Gondia segment in 1967 from Swatantra Party headed by Rajendra Narayan Singhdeo.
Mishra was elected from the same Gondia segment on a Janata Dal ticket to Assembly in 1977 and on a Jagrat Odisha ticket in 1980.
Many dignitaries visited to his residence to pay their homage to the departed leader.
