The local chapter of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry today extended an invitation to Olympic Silver Medallist P V Sindhu to attend a felicitation ceremony here, in her honour.
In his letter, Chamber President D Nandakumar congratulated Sindhu for her extra-ordinary performance during the recent Olympics.
"Our hearty congratulations to you on your fabulous achievement. Your hard work, determination and dedication has only enabled you to scale such heights," he said in it.

"Your achievement has done the nation proud and it is a great source of inspiration for all the sports persons, he added."
Nandakumar extended the cordial invitation to the badminton star to visit the Chamber for the felicitation function in her honour and sought a convenient date.
