Two government employees

of the Collectorate herea were suspended for agllrgrfy disobeying the order of the superiors and remaining absent from office.

Jajpur district Collector Ranjan Kumar Das yesterday ordered the suspension of the clerk in the collectorate Kasinath Parida and and Gram Panchayat Officer of Bari block Debi Prasad Jena today, an official communication said.

"The district collector placed both the empolyees under suspension. While Parida was suspended for dereliction of duty and disobeying the order of the superiors, Jena was placed under suspension for dereliction of duty and for allegedly being absent during the poll," an official said.
 

An enquiry has been initiated into the incident and an explanation sought from all the absentee employee within a fortnight, he said.
