Two minor girls leave shelter home, FIR lodged

An FIR was today lodged after two minor girls went out of a shelter home for girls in Khunti district, police said today.

The authorities of Nari Niketan, a shelter home for girls today lodged an FIR at Mahila police station after two minor girls left the home situated at Sahyog village in the district yesterday morning, Officer-in-charge of the police station, Meera Singh said.

The two girls have not returned to the home, the police said, adding that a hunt has been launched to trace them.
