Two suspected terrorists of NDFB(S) were arrested along with a cache of arms and ammunition in a joint operation by the Army and the Police.
"In a joint operation carried out by Patgaon-based Army troops of Agia Brigade under the aegis Red Horns Division and Patgaon Out Post Police, two terrorists of NDFB(S) were apprehended in general area Karigaon on August 26, 2014," a Defence release said today.
From the duo, the team recovered one 9 mm pistol, two 9 mm magazine and two 9 mm live rounds, it added.
