Two persons of a marriage party were killed while ten others injured when the vehicle in which they were travelling hit a tree in Kharswan of adjoining Seraikela-Kharswan district in the early hours today.
The victims were all returning to Badabamboo from Chandil after attending a wedding when the driver of the vehicle lost control over the vehicle and hit the tree, Superintendent of Police Indrajeet Mahatha said.
Four women were among the injured, the SP said.
The injured were shifted to M G M Hospital here.
