Director Vikramaditya Motwane has gifted Ranveer Singh the vintage bike he is seen riding in the upcoming period-drama 'Lootera' after the actor fell in love with it.
Ranveer is seen riding an Ariel bike in the film set in 1950s Kolkata. These bikes have stopped manufacturing and only a few of them are left in the country.
"Ranveer fell in love with the vintage motorcycle and he wanted it, so it was gifted to him," Motwane said in a statement.
It is the second film directed by Motwane, after his critically acclaimed debut film 'Udaan'.
'Lootera', a love story, also stars Sonakshi Sinha and is scheduled to release on July 5.
