Former minister N Raghuveera Reddy, who has been appointed as head of Andhra Pradesh (Seemandhra) Congress Committee, said here today he would strive hard to revive the party in the region.
"There is a vaccum now (with many Congress leaders quitting the party). Other leaders should work hard. We should work together for strengthening the party," Reddy told reporters here today.
Reddy, a leader from backward Anantapur district of Rayalaseema region, was minister for revenue in the Congress led-Kiran Kumar Reddy government.
