Woman and daughter killed in road accident

The mishap took place as a speeding jeep crushed the woman Pinki Devi (30) and her daughter Rishu under its wheels while she was trying to cross over to other side of the road with her daughter on her lap.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, he said.

The victims hailed from Shivchandarpur village in Begusarai district, Kumar said.
