Woman, kid murdered by brother

The incident took place this morning near Daswa village when Sabiha(28) and her 13-month-old son were attacked with a knife by her brother Parvez, leading to their death on the spot, they said.

Parvez was angry with his sister as she had married Firoz against his wish more than two years ago and went to Mumbai.

The accused has been arrested while further probes are on into the case, they added.
