Woman poisoned to death by brother in-laws over land dispute

A 35-year-old woman was allegedly poisoned to death by her two brothers-in-law over a land dispute at Dungar village here, police said today.

The two allegedly had a quarrel with the deceased Sanjita's husband and their brother Manoj Kumar and poisoned her when Manoj was away from home, police said.

Sanjita was rushed to a hospital where she was declared brought dead.

A case has registered against eight people, including the the brothers Rajender and Yogender, and their wives Babli and Munni. The accused are currently absconding.
