Youth arrested for attempt to molest a housewife

A youth was today arrested for attempt to molest a housewife, who was accompanied by her husband, at China Town in Tapsia police station area.

The police sources said that the arrest was made on the basis of a complaint lodged by the couple.

Soon after the couple came out of a restaurant in the area, the youth tried to molest her.

But he was caught by the couple and taken to a nearby police kiosk.

Failing to get any cooperation from the policeman at the kiosk, the couple later took him to Tapsia police station and lodged complaint, the police said.
