Youth gets seven years in jail for raping teenager

A youth has been sentenced to seven years of imprisonment by a court here for raping a teenager here six years ago.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Rajbir Singh also imposed a fine of Rs 3000 on Deepak Kumar after holding him guilty.

Kumar had abducted an 18-year-old girl and raped her in Dabheri village in the district on April 20, 2008.
