India plans to levy 25 percent tax on sugar exports, Ram Vilas Paswan says

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India plans to impose a 25 percent tax on sugar exports to maintain adequate supplies of the sweetener in the local market, food minister Ram Vilas Paswan tweeted on Thursday evening.
