India's 2016/17 agriculture credit seen at 9 trillion rupees

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India targets 9 trillion rupees ($131.35 billion) of agriculture credit in the 2016/17 fiscal year that starts in April, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said on Monday in his budget speech to parliament.
