Jaitley asks ratings agencies to be "realistic"

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Finance Minister Arun Jaitley asked credit rating agencies to be "more realistic" about the new government's ability to slash subsidies in the short term, after criticism that the budget he presented on Thursday was cautious.
