ONGC says to commit to oil output cap if such global decision made
MOSCOW (Reuters) - India's Oil and Natural Gas Corp will commit to oil output freeze if such a decision is made globally, ONGC's Chief Executive Officer Narendra K. Verma told an economic forum in Moscow on Wednesday.
