Bihar Cong Rebels To Ally Wth Uf Constituents

Congress rebels in Bihar led by former Union ministers Jaga-nnath Mishra and Ramlakhan Singh Yadav, would form an alliance with the United Front constituents and a splinter group of the Samata party in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls.
We have decided to make adjustments with the UF constituents, Janata Dal, Samajwadi Party, the Left parties and a splinter group of the Samata Party Sangharsheel Samata, to defeat the Rashtriya Janata Dal-Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party-Samata alliance, Yadav told reporters here. He said they would part ways with the Congress and float a new organisation, Bihar Jan Congress, here on December 24.
Yadav also criticised Congress president Sitaram Kesri for his stand on alliance with the corrupt RJD in the state.

Claiming that the rebel leaders had discussions with the Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and Janata Dal leaders Sharad Yadav and Ramvilas Paswan on the issue of alliance, Yadav said it is almost final.
Our talks with the Left parties including the CPI and the CPI(M) are also at a crucial stage, Yadav said.
