Bp Maurya May Join Bjp

Former Congress leader BP Maurya, who resigned from the Congress recently, is under pressure from his suporters to join the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Maurya is weighing the options of joining the Samajwadi Party or the BJP, according to a source close to him.
Maurya was unlikely to get a BJP ticket but he would be a sure winner if he contested the Lok Sabha election on a Samajwadi Party ticket, the source claimed. But Mauryas long-term political aim would be served only in the BJP, as the SP was largely seen to be anti-Dalit, he said.
