Crisil Reaffirms Himatsingka Cp

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has called a meeting of authorised dealers of fareign exchange on Friday to get them familiarised with various aspects of the newly introduced Foreign Exchange Management Act, bankers said. The Foreign Exchange Management Act, which would replace the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act comes into effect on June 1.

Dewan Housing Finanee yesterday said its net profit for the financial year 1999-00 was Rs 14.3725 crore (Rs 11.998 crore), up 19.9 per cent. Its total income for the year was Rs 90.954 crore, up 5.8 per cent.
