Defective

We telephoned the dealer a number of times but the problem was not rectified. The dealer is also reluctant to replace the television set as it is a defective piece. My letters to the chairman and senior officials of Videocon have not resulted in any response. It seems that they just do not care about the quality of their product and are interested only in selling their product with a lot of advertisements.
