resolved that the conclusions contained in the Sebi report are of serious nature and call for expulsion and other appropriate action which should be taken after following the due process and giving appropriate opportunity to the member concerned. It was decided to issue a show cause notice to Paramjeet Singh to show cause as to why he should not be expelled for the misconduct/unprofessional conduct and the irregularities committed under the byelaws and regulations of the stock exchange read with the Articles of Association of the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd.
