Hindalco appoints registrar and transfer agent

Hindalco Industries has signed a tripartite agreement with NSDL and appointed MCS as registrars for dematerialising their shares. Hindalco had been making use of its in-house share transfer department till date. They have now chosen MCS as their registrar and transfer agent (R&T) for electronic shares dematerialised with NSDL.
