Itc Chairman Denies Pinning Blame On Others Enies Blaming

The denial by the ITC chairman came amid a confirmation from investigating officials that the Enforcement Directorate will be approaching the British high commission to issue summons to three BAT nominees -- Malcolm Fry, Richard Pilbeam and Norman Davis, who was on the board during most of the period under investigation.
