Kohl-Yeltsin Talks

Chancellor Helmut Kohl and President Boris Yeltsin Thursday expressed confidence a deal would be reached on a new contract between Nato and Russia by the end of May. However they failed to resolve differences over the possible stationing of Nato forces on the territory of new members of the western alliance.
