Mtnl To Join Nsdl

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd has decided to join the National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL). It will enter into a tripartite agreement with NSDL and the depository registrar to facilitate trading of its scrips through the depository, the company said in a release here yesterday. NSDL is promoted by the Industrial Development Bank of India, Unit Trust of India and the National Stock Exchange.
