Pointless

There seems to be no point in the Delhi Vidyut Board announcing a load-shedding schedule, if it does not go by it. Hapless citizens like me wait for power to go off at the announced time, but this does not happen. And when one plans to sit down for some work, it goes off, unannounced. Why is DVB wasting money on pointless ads?
