Special Team To Probe Complaints

The Maharashtra government has ordered the formation of a special investigation team of the crime branch CID here to probe complaints made by investors of CRB Capital Markets Ltd.

Deputy chief minister Gopinath Munde who holds additional charge of the home portfolio told reporters after the weekly cabinet meeting yesterday that he had issued a written order to Mumbai joint police commissioner R S Sharma to constitute a special team to investigate the company.

The move follows a memorandum submitted to Munde by Investors Grievances Forum.
