You can use Pinnacle's PCTV USB2 as an external TV tuner and personal video recorder (PVR). This plugs into a USB 2.0 port on a PC. It offers easy, one-button recording and CD/DVD burning. It's good for laptops because it's small and compact, and draws power directly from the USB port.
