e4e announces acquisition of Omni Pros

e4e has announced the acquisition and integration of Omni Pros, a business solutions service provider based in Silicon Valley, California for the technology and financial services markets.

This acquisition strengthens e4e's position as an industry leader with capabilities to enhance business value by providing end-to-end global service delivery, tightly integrated solutions, efficient governance, improved access to resources and enhanced value to the customer's top and bottom line.

According to IDC estimates, the US offshore IT services market is to double in size to an estimated $14.7 billion by 2009. Outsourcing initiatives by technology and financial services companies will represent a significant percentage of the growth.

The exponential growth is also raising overall maturity of outsourcing engagements with customers demanding more value, flexibility and manageability from their outsourcing partners.
