Noon Info launches T'puram operations

Noon InfoSolutions, an IT and ITeS joint venture between Bahrain-based Noon Investment Co WLL and Mumbai-based Mastermind Financial Services, will start its operations from the Kerala state capital on Saturday (May 5). The company would be investing Rs 3.5 crore in its Thiruvananthapuram operations.

Announcing the launch of the company's Thiruvananthapuram operations from Kanakanagar at Kowdiar in the city, company directors said that Noon InfoSolutions would initially be a 100-seater call centre and would cater to servicing inbound and outbound calls originating from the US.

The company has already recruited 50 professionals and more will be picked up to man the new facility in the coming days, the directors said.

Noon InfoSolutions becomes the latest addition to the IT and ITeS scene in Kerala and will offer jobs to graduates after providing them with necessary training, company officials said. It will begin service with 50 seats.

On the expansion plans, the directors said they were looking forward to having Noon InfoSolutions' own campus at the proposed Technocity in the state capital suburbs.
