CG Power & Industrial Solutions allots 4.53 lakh equity shares under ESOP

CG Power & Industrial Solutions has allotted 4,53,140 equity shares under ESOP on 10 July 2024. Consequently on allotment of the above equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 3,05,57,63,908 to Rs. 3,05,66,70,188 comprising of 1,52,83,35,094 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
