Arunachal reports 132 fresh Covid-19 cases, tally mounts to 56,010

Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday reported 132 fresh COVID-19 cases, 54 fewer than the previous day, pushing the tally to 56,010, a senior health department official said. The death toll remained at 282 as no new fatality was reported in the past 24 hours, State Surveillance Officer (SSO) Lobsang Jampa said. The single-day infections include 41 cases in the Capital Complex Region, 26 in Changlang and 19 in West Kameng. Arunachal Pradesh now has 665 active cases, while 55,063 patients have recovered from the disease so far, he said. The Capital Complex Region, comprising Itanagar, Naharlagun, Nirjuli and Banderdewa areas, has the highest number of active cases at 226, followed by West Kameng and Lohit (62 each), Namsai (45), Tawang (43), Changlang (39), Papumpare (37), West Siang (31) and Lower Dibang Valley (30). No fresh coronavirus case in Arunachal for third consecutive day

No fresh COVID-19 case was registered in Arunachal Pradesh for the third consecutive day on Monday, while three more patients were cured of the disease, a senior health official said here. Arunachal Pradesh's COVID-19 tally remained at 55,320, while the number of active cases dipped to 23 and the total number of recoveries stood at 55,017, the official said. The COVID-19 death toll remained at 280 as no fresh fatality was reported, State Surveillance Officer Dr Lobsang Jampa said. The COVID-19 recovery rate in the state now is 99.45 per cent, he said. The Capital Complex region, comprising Itanagar, Naharlagun, Nirjuli and Banderdewa areas, has the highest number of active cases at 18, followed by Namsai, West Kameng, Tawang, Lohit and East Siang districts at one each. The administration has tested over 12.02 lakh samples for COVID-19, including 100 on Sunday, Jampa said. Arunachal Pradesh logs nine fresh Covid-19 cases, five recoveries

Arunachal Pradesh reported nine new COVID-19 cases, seven more than the previous day, pushing the tally to 55,269, a senior health official said here on Sunday. A total of 54,952 people have been cured of COVID-19 so far, including five on Saturday, the official said. The COVID-19 recovery rate now is 99.43 per cent, while the active ratio stood at 0.07 per cent. The coronavirus death toll in the state remained unchanged at 280 as no fresh fatality was registered in the last 24 hours, State Surveillance Officer (SSO) Dr Lobsang Jampa said. The northeastern state now has 37 active COVID-19 cases, he said. Tawang district has the highest number of active cases at 11, followed by West Kameng and Capital Complex Region at nine cases each and Upper Siang with three cases.
